Well, it's not exactly snow here but "Sleet, sleet, sleeeeet" doesn't have quite the same ring to it. I don't care if it would be Danny Kaye, Bing Crosby, Rosmary Cloony and whatshername singing it or not.
All I know is that it is finally winter precipitating here and I love it. I'll even love the griping, complaining and poor driving skills exhibited on the highways here in North Texas tomorrow morning. Um, someone at work please remind me I said that, ok?
A quick weekend update: DH and I saw Safe House with Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds yesterday....ok, they weren't actually there or I'm sure I'd still be in a star-struck idiot state. Anyway, the movie was great - much hand to hand combat with very little cussing and a pretty good plot line. Mexican for lunch, wine bar after the movie and dinner at home. All in all a great Valentine's Day celebration. Today was a lot of lounging, some running - my first real run since I got sick 3 weeks ago - and catching up on Breaking Bad.
Now I'm off to surf Pinterest while DH watches The Walking Dead. Zombies create a Kristen Bell-like level of emotion for me.
