There are fewer things in this world more entertaining than listening to conversations at the pool. Today it was the resident blowhard, his mother and her boyfriend, maybe. Did you know that no one ANYWHERE is getting iPad second editions because there was an earthquake and tsunami in Japan and they can't adhere the microchips with the special Japanese resin right now? Our world as we know it may come to a screeching halt. After another couple Millers and Dos Equis the boyfriend (who is probably older than my dad) states that he is going to use his company for all the perks possible before they figure out he doesn't do half of what they pay him for. Way to announce that in public like it's something to be lauded. Drink another, my neighbor, drink another.
And through this all their radio blared something akin to a dance club which they all complained about but didn't bother to reach over and change. Geniuses, all of them. At least they're entertaining...
